Improve performance

Prompts from integration_openai and integration_replicate can have a delay of 5 minutes. This can be optimized and more information can be found `here <https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/ai/overview.html#improve-ai-task-pickup-speed>`_.

let's make it a relative link like this. Then it would be good to backport to stable30 too.

I think i've fixed this now, can you check? If I didn't do what you mean, please add the fix yourself
