Navigation Package for SeekurJr running on Raspberry Pi 4

- docu: documentation files for every component, includes setup file
- launch: every launch file you need to navigate SeekurJr
- map: maps of public terrace used for navigation
- params: yaml files which set all necessary parameters
- rviz: rviz setup files for starting rviz with correct settings
- src: source files for simple_navigation_goals and bumper_state
- urdf: simplified version of SeekurJr, edit only xacro file for changes and create new urdf file from there
