Initial release of the resonance reconstruction capability. This release provides a complete implementation for SLBW, MLBW, RM, RML and unresolved resonances.

Known limitations:

• cross sections for compound systems involving charged particle channels may be off by a small percentage due to the Coulomb wave functions used in this library
