Given I am an facilitator who signed in,
When I am looking at the User page,
Then I....

→ Can Create Facilitator Shift (enter times): If the time range over laps an Interviewer Shift, they also create an ActiveShift
→ Can View Interviewer Shifts
→ Option to view Interviews booked. Toggle.
→ Can upload meeting urls/information from zoom, google meet, etc
→ Can edit facilitator shifts
