I think it's safe to declare this as stable.

Known Issues:

• Function keys stop working after S3 sleep, unfixable unless Lenovo finally get their ass up and fixed the firmware
• Bluetooth connection issue. Try this workaround

Warning

If you have no idea how to replace kexts, then considering creating your EFI from scratch.

• Catalina:
  • Replace Airportltlwm.kext with itlwm.kext (there's no Airport support for 10.xx since you can't enable AppleSecureBoot)
  • Change SecureBootModel to disabled
• Monterey:
  • Replace Airportltlwm.kext with the one made for Monterey
• Ventura

Untested macOS:

• BigSur:
  Probably work, I skipped this version and went straight to Monterey at the time so I have no idea.
• Sonoma:
  In theory it might work since KBL framebuffer still exists in Sonoma,
  • Replace AirportItlwm.kext as usual
  • Change SMBIOS to the one that used by CFL MBP to update to Sonoma
• Sequoia:
  At the time of I'm writing this, the state is pretty much the same as Sonoma, but who knows... Intel Mac is slowly dying, just follow the instruction above, then:
  • Update Kexts to development build
