New production release

Features

  • Upgrade to Eden ASP 4.5:
    • web2py-2.22.3 compatibility
    • Exporter package restructured
    • XLSX replaces legacy binary XLS Excel export format (openpyxl library required)
    • ANONYMOUS and AUTHENTICATED user roles are automatically assumed, assignment no longer required

Fixes/Enhancements:

  • Fixed feature layers for GIMS template
  • Show shelter services in Excel export
