TL;DR
Fixed email lookup for contests feature
Description
Previously when a winner was announced for contests the message was supposed to send the hacker's email for convenience. This was broken when we migrated to Firebase so we had to update to our new data structure.
Also added back recording winners for manual grading questions + made answer property optional for loading questions
