This will require three different stages:

  • Decide upon the default and contrasting colours (Finished in Set up a brand identity #42 )
  • Modify Adwaita and Adwaita-dark themes
  • Modify the gnome-shell theme within Adwaita.

Do we know of any documentation as to how to reconfigure Adwaita/gnome-shell for our branding?

For modifying the theme, have a look at this Reddit comment.

The hardest part is installing it globally; I did not understand how Ubuntu did it last time I looked into it. I assume copying it to /usr/share/themes then using the User Themes extension and changing whatever property it uses within a vendor override (see #45, about to add more information there) would work but it has to be tested.
