- Upgraded aws-sdk to v3 since v2 is past end of life
- Upgraded the remaining packages as best we could. Plimit no longer supports CommonJS so that one could not be fully updated but it still does what we need it to do.
- Fixed bug in the airgradient provider
- Added more parameter support to airgradient provider
- Moved some functionality into the provider class
- Added a publish results method
Also cleaned up the method we were using to get secrets to make it the same for all providers
