How To Tell An Application About Work To Be Done

The ways to tell this tool the work to be done:
- provide a file containing the list of file names or observation IDs to process
- one file name or observation ID per line
- the config.yml file contains the entries 'use_local_files' set to False, and 'task_types' set appropriately.
- the config.yml file features entry says use_file_names: True, if the list is of file names, and use_file_names: False if the list is of observation IDs.
- The 'todo' file may provided in one of two ways:
- named 'todo.txt' in the working directory, as specified in config.yml, or
- as the fully-qualified name with the --todo parameter
- provide the files to be processed in the working directory
- the config.yml file contains the entries 'use_local_files' set to True, and 'task_types' set appropriately. The store task will update files at CADC.
