Fix 'Bad credentials' error in lock-threads GitHub Action

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing dessant/lock-threads@v4 GitHub Action due to "Bad credentials". The issue was resolved by updating the credentials used by the action in the workflow file.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the .github/workflows/lock-threads.yml file to replace the current credentials with a reference to a GitHub secret that contains the correct credentials.
• The change ensures that the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action uses the correct credentials when it runs, preventing the "Bad credentials" error.
