  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials when trying to run the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The error was caused by the action not being able to authenticate with GitHub, likely due to missing or incorrect credentials.

The solution involved ensuring that the GitHub Actions workflow has the correct credentials to authenticate with GitHub. This was achieved by setting up a GitHub secret that stores the necessary credentials and then referencing this secret in the workflow file where the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action is used.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml file to include the correct credentials for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. This was done by referencing a GitHub secret that stores the necessary credentials. Specifically, the github-token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }} line was added to the with: section of the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
