What's the benefit of using onViewCreated over the existing onCreateView to restore state?

So Basically onViewCreated is a more suitable lifecycle method for restoring the state of UI elements
because it is called after the view hierarchy has been fully created and initialized. This ensures that the state restoration logic is applied to fully initialized views, which reducing the risk of encountering issues related to incomplete view initialization.

Here and below: name constants are usually preferred, or use patterns already established in this class. Additionally, we use protos for Bundles. Please see #5458 for example.

Explanation
Fix #1592
This PR introduces the functionality to save and restore the expanded state of the previous responses view. The changes include:
saveExpandedStateandrestoreExpandedStateinStateFragmentPresenterandStatePlayerRecyclerViewAssemblerto handle saving and restoring state.StateFragmentto callrestoreExpandedStateduringonViewCreated.These changes ensure that the expanded state of the view is preserved across configuration changes.
