Official release of the DxWiFi suite of programs. DxWiFi contains
5 programs:

- `startmonitor` Enables the WiFi interface into monitor mode
- `tx` FEC encodes input file, transmits file over WiFi interface
- `rx` Captures packets matching a filter and FEC decodes the data
- `encode` Program to FEC encode a single file
- `decode` Program to FEC decode a single file
