Unable to open lanelet2 map in Autoware.ai

• Ubuntu 18.04
• Autoware.ai

Tools to edit vector map: https://tools.tier4.jp/
Problems: Can't open edited lanelet2 map (.osm) and vector map (.csv) onto autoware.ai

1. This is the lanelet2 map (.osm) edited using tier4 tools.
   

This is the error that I encountered in the terminal. Seems like there is something wrong with the coordinates.

Questions:

1. Someone please explain what is format version and map version in tier4 tools? There are no other options besides default as 1.
2. In the relation to the problem no.1, I believe we have to set our designated place coordinated first. But, how do I change the projector?
3. There aren't many things that I can configure in waypoints sections in tier4 tools. So, I am not sure how to solve this.
