Rviz : Separate visualization group for component interface and debug

Recently, more and more people are using Autoware, and I often see videos and images of Autoware!

Sometimes, I see the following the busy visualization.

These are caused by the namespace for debug mixed in with the marker topic.
To avoid such problems, I propose to separate the Component Interface and debug topic and separate the Groups for the Autoware visualization.

The Component Interface Group visualizes only what is defined as the Interface of each Component.
The Debug Group handles visualization information for development that is not defined as Component Interface.

In this way, the same visualization can be maintained even if the Component is replaced.
