Anonymizing faces and license plates for privacy-preserving

Hi everyone,

In autoware.universe, faces and license plates are not anonymized for
privacy-preserving. I've been working on an anonymizing tool for faces and
license plates to ensure data privacy.

Possible Solutions

I am writing here to describe what I have done for the data anonymization tool.

• Reading ROS2 bag file with sequential reader
• Detecting images in bag file with YOLOv5 and blurring objects
• Updating image topics with blurred
• Writing a new bag file with new images without any changes on other topics.

You can freely share your views on this task.
