Does Waymo use Autoware?

Hi everyone,

Though not actively working in the autonomous driving industry, I have observed the AD ground for quite a while. I believe Waymo is among the most successful companies in this area in terms of both business and technical maturity.

I have kind of a general question: Does Waymo use any module of Autoware throughout their lifetime? If there are any, what do you think are the best characteristics of that module that make it a go-to choice for Waymo (as well as any other companies)?
