“Every topic is published in 1 minute interval.” this description is wrong?

in the document about system_monitor, it saids "Every topic is published in 1 minute interval." （refer to: https://autowarefoundation.github.io/autoware.universe/main/system/system_monitor/）

But according to the source code , there is no setting about it. the topics, e.g. cpu monitor, is published by diagnostic_updater, which publish topics by 1HZ frequency.

So, the original design want to publish system info in 1 minute interval, but actually it is 1 second, is it right?
