  1. Initial support for SERDES. Still a lot to figure especially the clocking
  2. Enhance the debug message which will allow DV to double-cheeck the primitives connectivity by themselves.
  3. Restructure code to simplify primitive database.

Testing:

  • ported code to latest NS Raptor manually
  • run batch, batch_gen2 and batch_gen3 test. (Note: and2_bitstream had been failing locally)
