New Module Proposal

Description

Adds deprecation notice to README.md indicating that this is a legacy NFT protocol no longer actively used by ZORA. The notice clarifies that while the protocol remains functional on-chain and supported by various NFT platforms for historical purposes, users should utilize newer approaches like the zora-protocol monorepo for minting and selling NFTs.

Motivation and Context

This change provides clear guidance to users that this repository contains legacy code and directs them to currently supported solutions. It also removes outdated bug bounty and audit information that is no longer applicable.

How has this been tested?

Documentation change only - no functional testing required.
