Used the recommended
npx @grafana/create-plugin@latestto create a new plugin and ported the code across. Most (all?) features made it across, but this is probably a manual upgrade regardless due to setting changes.Fixes: #84 #87 #83 #78 #70 #56 #46 #41 #28 #14 #69 #68 #60
