Tracking tests skipped while upgrading to use React 18 and very unofficial Enzyme wrapper. Skipping these tests for the moment to revisit when internal React 18 support is fully implemented so that we can rewrite using the latest versions of React Testing Library. RTL will be supported in the future, whereas Enzyme is no longer supported.

Skipped tests originally surfaced while pulling forward support for React 18 in #7142
