This project is working good on 29_09_2022. Follow the step:

1. copy canmatrix-development.zip to "C:\Users"UserName"\Documents\python_libs". Create python_libs foulder if not exist.
2. Uzip canmatrix-development.zip.
3. Open "C:\Users"UserName"\Documents\python_libs\canmatrix-development".
4. open cmd.
5. run command "cd C:\Users"UserName"\Documents\python_libs\canmatrix-development".
6. run command "python setup.py install".
7. good to go.

copy dbc2dbf.py in folder where dbc files stored. Run dbc2dbf.py. it converts all dbc files in dbf files inside foulder.
