Upgrade to spatialite version 5 and ensure RTTOPO is correctly installed.
This brings all the underlying C code to the latest versions, this comes with advantages such as stability and additional features not available in version 4 of spatialite.
I've also ensured that RTTOPO is correctly installed, which is a replacement for LWGEOM for repairing broken geometries.

This is now working in the
alpinedocker container aswell as locally on my macbook using the build scripts I committed.It should also work fine on linux, and could possibly work on windows, although I don't aim to support it any time soon.
