- Remove Pivotal specific software and setup except for things we might benefit from - Add RxRevu specific software: - gnupg - RubyMine settings - asdf - replaced 'rbenv' with 'rvm' - redis - tealdeer (run as 'tldr' on the command line as a replacement for 'man') - gnu-sed - zsh support (oh-my-zsh, aliases, functions, 'direnv') - chromedriver - snowsql for Snowflake - Break 'set_up' into 'base_setup' for bootstrapping and common items and 'add_setup' for opt-in items - Put AWS credentials as well as 'functions' and 'aliases' into 'files' folder where they can be copied and referenced from other parts of the installer - Put 'MFA' script into a new 'bin' directory and added an alias so that it can be executed from anywhere - Install node, terraform and python using asdf - Install Ruby using rvm instead of rbenv - Removed support for installing Ruby using asdf for the sake of consistency (hope that's right) fixup!
