Drop txs in journal by ascending nonces

(N is natural number) If there are txs [A, B, C, D] with nonces [N, N+1, N+2, N+3] and their txStatuses are [SUCCESS, STAGING, SUCCESS, FAILURE], it drops only tx A. (in my intention).
