## Ingredients

- Vegan dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup shredded vegan chicken (made from soy or jackfruit)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- Vegan butter for brushing

## Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine shredded vegan chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper to the bowl and mix well to combine the ingredients.
3. Take one vegan dumpling wrapper and place a small amount of the filling in the center.
4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over the filling, and seal it by pressing the edges together.
