## Introduction

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds

## Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Mix in the instant yeast.
3. Add olive oil, warm water, and almond milk to the dry ingredients, and stir until the dough begins to form.
4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Punch down the risen dough and knead in sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking tin.
8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
10. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
11. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
