## Introduction

Today, we're redefining the classic gourmet burger with a plant-based twist that's packed with Asian flavors. This vegan gourmet burger, featuring tempeh and infused with miso and chili, is not just a meal; it's a delightful experience. Perfect for BBQ lovers and those seeking a mouthwatering, meat-free option.

## Ingredients

- 200g tempeh, crumbled
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 vegan burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and sliced cucumber for topping
- Vegan mayonnaise and sriracha for spread

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together crumbled tempeh, miso paste, chili flakes, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
2. Add breadcrumbs and mix until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
3. Form the mixture into four burger patties.
4. Heat sesame oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
5. Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill.
6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, cucumber on the buns, add the grilled patty, and spread vegan mayonnaise mixed with sriracha on top.
7. Serve immediately.
