## Ingredients | ||

- 200g tempeh, crumbled | ||
- 1 tbsp miso paste | ||
- 1 tsp chili flakes | ||
- 2 tbsp soy sauce | ||
- 1 tsp ginger, grated | ||
- 2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs | ||
- 2 tbsp sesame oil | ||
- 4 vegan burger buns | ||
- Lettuce, tomato, and sliced cucumber for topping | ||
- Vegan mayonnaise and sriracha for spread | ||

## Instructions | ||

1. In a bowl, mix together crumbled tempeh, miso paste, chili flakes, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. | ||
2. Add breadcrumbs and mix until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed. | ||
3. Form the mixture into four burger patties. | ||
4. Heat sesame oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. | ||
5. Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill. | ||
6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, cucumber on the buns, add the grilled patty, and spread vegan mayonnaise mixed with sriracha on top. | ||
