## Introduction

Dive into the heart of umami with these delightful Vegan Umami Tapas. Perfect for any occasion, these tapas combine the best of savory flavors with a plant-based twist, guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds.

## Ingredients

- 200g tempeh, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 50g black olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp capers
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, marinate the tempeh with soy sauce, miso paste, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and garlic. Let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated tempeh and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add shiitake mushrooms to the pan and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and capers, and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve the tapas mixture over toasted baguette slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
