- 1 tbsp nori, cut into small strips | ||
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds | ||
- Fresh cilantro for garnish | ||

## Instructions | ||

1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. | ||
2. Combine the rinsed rice and 2 cups of water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. | ||
3. Once the rice is cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt while it's still warm. | ||
4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make a marinade. | ||
