- 3 tbsp soy sauce | ||
- 2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
- 1 tbsp grated ginger | ||
- 1 tbsp sesame oil | ||
- 1 tsp chili flakes | ||
- 2 cups mixed Asian greens (bok choy, kale, spinach) | ||
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce | ||
- 1 tsp liquid smoke | ||
- 1 tbsp olive oil | ||
- Salt and pepper to taste | ||

## Instructions | ||

1. Preheat your grill or smoker to medium heat. | ||
2. In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, ground coffee, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili flakes, hoisin sauce, and liquid smoke. Stir well to create the marinade. | ||
3. Add the shredded jackfruit to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes. | ||
4. Place the marinated jackfruit on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until it gets a nice char and smoky flavor. | ||
5. While the jackfruit is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the mixed Asian greens until wilted. | ||
6. Serve the smoky jackfruit over the sautéed greens, garnishing with extra hoisin sauce if desired. | ||
