## Introduction

Today's special recipe is a celebration of woody fusion cuisine, combining the earthy, smoky tones of woody spices with vibrant, fresh Asian ingredients. This dish is not only a feast for your taste buds but also a visual delight, perfect for a cozy evening or a festive gathering.

## Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded jackfruit
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ground coffee
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 cups mixed Asian greens (bok choy, kale, spinach)
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

## Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or smoker to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, ground coffee, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili flakes, hoisin sauce, and liquid smoke. Stir well to create the marinade.
3. Add the shredded jackfruit to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
4. Place the marinated jackfruit on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until it gets a nice char and smoky flavor.
5. While the jackfruit is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the mixed Asian greens until wilted.
6. Serve the smoky jackfruit over the sautéed greens, garnishing with extra hoisin sauce if desired.
