This PR streamlines the management of query subscriptions by utilizing dedicated Subscription classes. It eliminates the need for direct fetching of every nomination pool member from a node, thereby optimizing performance and resource utilization. As a result, browsing pool members is now exclusively facilitated through the Subscan plugin, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
