This is an initial release of urlshort.
Current state:
- 100% working
- grpc used
- no token used, everyone could do a link
Roadmap to the next version:
- Write a telegram bot handler
- Write a token access to post query
- Think about gRPC usage, as it's not a microservice, it should be available more efficient way, not modern
