This commit adds the wordpress profiles profile::wordpress, profile::wordpress::app and profile::wordpress::db
This commit introduces the mysql_server profile that sets up a mysql server and opens the necessary firewall ports. It is meant to be used by a NC group that sets up mysql with gated root passwords.
