Tidy up changing instrument

current_pot_value / number_of_pot_steps (i.e. pot1.raw_value / 1024) is exactly what pot1.value gives you :-)

Also, the variable named number_of_instruments was misleading IMHO, as it wasn't the "number of instruments" (which is just len(fonts)), but the "maximum instrument index".
