why

• there are (too) many different (existing, and soon some new) projects → no overview

• we need an entry point, to find relevant information for refugees, volunteer, help organization
• make projekcts searchable via verious channels (also SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
• structure of existing (meta-)information

what

• defined datastructure as a standard → system of categories → network → meta data model

• "brain"-system that knows where to find answers → various channels (I/O) → used by refugees to find answers/ used by helpers to answer personal questions
