Run as service in windows

  1. Unzip lets-proxy to C:\programs\lets-proxy2\
  2. Run command line "as administrator"
  3. cmd sc create lets-proxy_2 binpath= "C:\programs\lets-proxy2\lets-proxy.exe start= auto

Run as daemon in linux (systemd)

  1. useradd -m lets-proxy
  2. Unpack lets-proxy to /home/lets-proxy
  3. chown -R lets-proxy:lets-proxy /home/lets-proxy/
  4. put to /etc/systemd/system/lets-proxy.service

Description=Lets-proxy2 - reverse proxy for handle https traffic
After=network.target

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

[Service]
ExecStart=/home/lets-proxy/lets-proxy
User=lets-proxy
Group=lets-proxy
WorkingDirectory=/home/lets-proxy
AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE
  1. systemctl daemon-reload ; systemctl enable lets-proxy; systemctl start lets-proxy
