softToDate.py [-h] [-f SOFTWARES_FILE] [--sql DB_CONFIG_FILE]

-h, --help            			show this help message and exit

-f, --file	SOFTWARES_FILE 		path to text file containing software information

--sql 		DB_CONFIG_FILE		path to database config file
