10.3.0.0 (Cata Classic Fix)

This attempts to fix the lua issues with 10.2.5.1d for Cata Classic (4.4.0). I'm calling it 10.3.0.0 but the version seems to be somewhat derived from the retail version. I'm not sure what the appropriate version should be.

I think this fixes the problems. In particular:

  • CTBottombar should now work again
  • Shaman Totem Bar is once again moveable
  • Various other issues that seemed to occur because it was running code meant for retail
