This is a pretty low hanging fruit PR but some of the dependencies for rustcat are out of date, each update is split into its own commit and most didn't require significant code changes.
The only significant changes are how clap handles settings and conflicts within arguments. Clap also changed the default behavior for help screens in version 4: clap-rs/clap#4132, there is a method to bring color back into the help screen (clap-rs/clap#3234 (comment)) but as rustcat previously used the defaults so I stuck with that.
I've tested most of the functionality and everything seems to work fine, I don't have an Arch or Debian machine myself but I cant see anything that would interfere with the build process.
I can squash the commits if needed 👍🏽
