Maperture update for National Park Service Park Tiles

The National Park Service Park Tiles is making use of the Stamen Maperture tool to display the Park Tiles data & styles (Standard, Light, Slate, and Imagery). Park Tiles cartographers can query features to inspect properties of tile data.
