Things are going to break
BUILDS FINALLY!
Since the new hal sim is going to be in native code, we can use the same implementation for both sim and rio
Going to be completely replaced, so not necessary for use
Tests need a lot of work to get working, however all symbols load
This reverts commit 42fe1fd.
