update snaps after chromote new headless update #278

Chrome v132 no longer supports --headless=old mode, so chromote has updated to use --headless (implicitly the new mode). rstudio/chromote#189

These changes are the fallout in snapshots. All snapshots here have been reviewed and no behavior changes were seen.

Further investigation is required for 027-absolutely-positioned-panels, where the absolute positioning of the panel may have changed.
