This PR updates the
honggfuzzsubmodule to google/honggfuzz@2364c12, which at the time of this PR is the latest commit onmaster.The motivation behind the update is to include google/honggfuzz@5a504b4. Currently
honggfuzz-rsdoesn't work on machines where thelibbfdAPIdisassemble_free_targetis missing, because of an issue inhonggfuzzitself, this bug was fixed in google/honggfuzz@5a504b4.FWIW I hit this issue when trying to fuzz with Ubuntu 16.04 on an i386 VM, and it looks like someone else has also hit this issue with Debian 10.7 (see google/honggfuzz#472)
