This PR updates the site's version of Semantic UI from 2.4.2 to 2.5.0.
There aren't any new features in this version, but it has bug fixes, and it's significantly smaller (-70kb, mainly due to the fact that a load of CSS features no longer need vendor prefixes).
In the long term, I'd like to look at moving away from Semantic UI (it's unmaintained, there's no official Sass version, I find it extremely frustrating to work with, and the way it forces you to build your HTML does not lend itself well to accessibility). I'm not sure how easily I could do that without totally redesigning the site, though.
