Proof of concept implementation for allowing use of the Format Document command to sailfish templates containing HTML code.

Independently of this, it would also be nice if the extension supported all other HTML language features in vscode, like snippets and auto-closing HTML-tags - if there's enough interest I could also add these to the language-configuration (at runtime).
