This fixes a bug where the $options array was not being incorporated into apiPost() requests.

For example, making a request with

$options = [
   'fields' => ['domain' => 1]
];
$sailthru_client->processExportListJob($list_name, false, false, $options);

did not appropriately filter the fields in the response.
