Changes since original commit:

• Added sql dump for world.db (Mhora/Database/world.sqlite.7z.*). Unpack (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html), and create database with Sqlite tools (https://www.sqlite.org/2023/sqlite-tools-win-x64-3440200.zip). Run sqlite3.exe world.db < world.sqlite and put database in bin folder;
• World database comes from https://data.world/dr5hn/country-state-city
